- Service our existing book of business — policy changes, billing questions, claims support
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities during every customer interaction
- Process policy endorsements, renewals, and new applications accurately
- Follow up on pending items, outstanding documents, and renewal reviews
- Educate customers on coverage options so they actually understand what they're buying
- Maintain detailed notes and records in our agency management system
- Hit monthly service and cross-sell targets (yes, there are goals — that's how you earn more)
- Active Alabama Property & Casualty license preferred — or willingness to obtain within 60 days
- Previous insurance or customer service experience (bonus if it's in a State Farm agency)
- Excellent communication skills — phone, email, and in-person
- Comfortable with technology and learning new systems quickly
- Self-motivated and competitive — you want to hit numbers, not just show up
- Positive attitude and thick skin (insurance customers aren't always sunshine and rainbows)
- $40K–$60K total compensation (base + commission + bonuses)
